Customer Billing Records

Learning Hub provides a customer record for paid bookings and purchases. Depending on the service, the billing record may include:

Invoice or receipt number
Customer/student name and email
Service, lesson, package or resource purchased
Teacher, where applicable
Lesson hours or quantity
Price and currency
Payment status: Paid, Pending, Failed or Refunded
Payment date
Payment method/provider

Payment Confirmation

A booking or order is confirmed after successful payment through the approved Learning Hub payment system. Payment-card information is processed securely by the payment provider; Learning Hub does not store customers' complete card details.

Invoices & Receipts

Where applicable, Learning Hub may provide an electronic invoice or receipt by email or through the customer access/download system. Customers should keep their payment confirmation and invoice for their records.
