Global Online Education & Tutoring
Learning Hub provides online tutoring, international curriculum support, exam preparation, specialist learning support and educational resources. Lessons may be delivered through Google Meet, Zoom or Skype. Fees, lesson duration, booking details and delivery arrangements are shown or communicated before or at purchase.
Payments must be made through the approved Learning Hub payment system. Students and parents must not pay teachers directly. Teachers must not request, accept or claim payment outside the approved Learning Hub payment process.
Free resources are provided for personal educational use. Paid or custom resources are prepared and delivered according to the stated timeframe. Resources may not be resold, redistributed or commercially reproduced without permission.
Cancellation or rescheduling requests made 12 hours or more before a scheduled lesson may be accommodated. An alternative time will be arranged subject to availability and the booking period or a mutually agreed timeframe.
Requests made less than 12 hours before a lesson may be declined. Very late cancellation or a no-show may be treated as a confirmed session. Exceptional circumstances are reviewed individually.
Refund requests are reviewed individually based on the service or product purchased. For a tutoring lesson or package that has not yet been delivered, Learning Hub may provide a refund where appropriate, subject to any applicable cancellation terms and payment-provider processing rules.
Once a tutoring lesson has been delivered, or a digital resource has been prepared and delivered, the payment is generally non-refundable unless Learning Hub determines that a refund is appropriate because of a service or delivery issue. If Learning Hub is unable to deliver a paid service or resource, the customer may request a refund or an alternative arrangement.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported by the payment provider. Refund processing times depend on the payment provider. To request a refund, contact learntoteach25@gmail.com with the booking or order details.
Teachers working through Learning Hub must follow Learning Hub payment and professional conduct requirements. Teachers must not request or accept direct payments or encourage customers to bypass the approved payment process. Suspected unauthorized payment requests may be reported to Learning Hub for review and appropriate action.
Prices are displayed before booking or purchase. Payment is made in advance through the approved payment system, and a booking or order is confirmed after successful payment.
Learning Hub does not store customers' complete payment-card details. Payment information is processed securely by the payment provider. Preparation and delivery timeframes are communicated before or after purchase as applicable.
Free resources may be downloaded directly. Paid or custom resources require payment before preparation. The expected delivery timeframe and method will be stated. Electronic delivery may be made by email or through an access/download system. Delivery confirmation may be provided.
Learning Hub collects only information reasonably needed to provide services, including name, email, booking or order information, learning requirements and communications. Information is used for service delivery, orders, support, resource delivery and improvement of the platform.
Payment information is processed by the payment provider and complete card details are not stored by Learning Hub. Learning Hub does not sell personal information.
