By accessing or using Learning Hub Tutoring, booking a lesson, purchasing a service or accessing a digital resource, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Learning Hub Tutoring is an online education and tutoring platform providing academic tutoring, international curriculum support, Quran and Islamic Studies, English development, examination preparation, specialist learning support, counselling and digital educational resources.
Services are delivered online and may be provided by Learning Hub or an appropriately engaged tutor or educator. Availability, tutor allocation, lesson timing and programme arrangements may vary according to the selected service.
Customers must provide accurate information required for booking, service delivery, payment verification and communication. Parents or guardians are responsible for providing appropriate information and supervision where a learner is a minor.
Tutoring prices are displayed in PKR. The applicable price is the price shown at checkout before payment. Monthly-plan discounts, where offered, are applied at checkout. For international bookings, the checkout identifies the payer country or region and calculates the corresponding payable amount in the applicable payment currency. The PKR amount remains the underlying base price, while the selected regional currency and payable amount are shown before payment. Where the payment provider supports the selected currency, payment may be completed in that currency.
Learning Hub may verify payment before activating the relevant service or Student Portal access. A successful payment attempt does not by itself guarantee immediate service activation if verification, fraud screening or payment-provider confirmation is still pending.
Cancellation and refund rules are set out in the Refund, Cancellation & Service Delivery Policy below. Customers should review that policy before booking.
Digital resources may be delivered electronically by email, download, access link or another stated method. Resources are for the purchaser's personal educational use unless a separate licence or written permission states otherwise.
Learning Hub materials, original lesson content, worksheets, e-books, graphics, text and other original resources remain the intellectual property of Learning Hub or the relevant rights holder. Customers may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, upload, publish or commercially exploit protected materials without permission.
Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with services, submit fraudulent information, or use Learning Hub materials for unlawful or unauthorised commercial purposes.
Learning Hub provides educational support and preparation. Learning outcomes, grades, examination results, admissions, employment outcomes or other results cannot be guaranteed because they depend on individual effort, circumstances and external requirements.
Learning Hub may use or link to third-party payment providers, communication tools, scheduling services and external websites. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply.
Learning Hub may update these Terms when necessary. The current version published on the website will apply to future use and bookings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Subject to any mandatory legal rights available to a customer, the courts of competent jurisdiction in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the services.

Complaints are acknowledged within 2 business days and Learning Hub aims to provide a substantive response or resolution within 7 business days, subject to the complexity of the matter and any third-party payment-provider investigation.
This policy explains cancellation, rescheduling, refunds and delivery arrangements for Learning Hub Tutoring's online lessons, plans and premium digital educational resources.
If a student cancels a scheduled lesson at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time, the eligible refund will be processed less a 15% cancellation and payment-processing fee.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled lesson are not eligible for a refund. Learning Hub may provide one rescheduling opportunity, subject to tutor availability.
If Learning Hub or the assigned tutor cancels a confirmed lesson and a suitable replacement time cannot be arranged, the customer may choose a full refund for the affected lesson or free rescheduling.
Approved refunds are normally processed within 7 business days. The time for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may also depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
Premium digital resources are non-refundable after delivery or access has been provided, except where the resource is defective, corrupted or materially inaccessible.
If a paid digital resource is defective, corrupted or inaccessible, Learning Hub will make reasonable efforts to provide a working replacement or restore access. If the issue cannot reasonably be resolved, a full refund may be provided for the affected resource.
Premium digital resources are normally delivered within 7 days after payment confirmation and verification. Delivery may be by email, secure access link, download or another electronic method stated for the resource.
Where a Student Portal is applicable, access is activated after the relevant payment has been confirmed and verified. Portal information may include teacher details, lesson timing, links and other service information.
Refund or cancellation requests should be sent to learninghubcustomersupport@gmail.com with the customer's name, booking/order details and reason for the request. General and booking enquiries may be sent to hublearning117@gmail.com.
This Privacy Policy explains how Learning Hub Tutoring may collect, use, store and protect personal information in connection with its website, bookings, educational services, support and digital resources.
Depending on the service, we may collect information such as name, email address, booking details, learner level or requirements, communication preferences, service-related information and information voluntarily submitted through forms or support requests.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Learning Hub does not intentionally store complete payment-card details when those details are processed directly by the payment provider.
Information may be shared with relevant service providers where necessary to deliver the requested service, process payment, provide communication or operate website functions. Learning Hub does not sell personal information.
Learning Hub takes reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, customer support, transaction records, legal obligations, dispute handling and legitimate business administration.
We may contact customers about bookings, payments, service delivery, support requests and other necessary account or service matters. Marketing communications, where used, should provide an appropriate way to stop receiving them.
Where services are provided to minors, parents or guardians should make bookings and provide required information where appropriate. Learning Hub does not knowingly request unnecessary personal information from children.
External websites, payment providers and other third-party services may have their own privacy policies and terms. Customers should review those policies where applicable.
